It’s sometimes hard to think that a professional athlete is someone that we should look up to, I mean, the lives that they live outside of the realm of sports are usually less than exemplary.
But, when God takes an old heart and makes it new, all things are possible.
Meet Ryan “The Executioner” Tobar. Multiple times a week, he is taking the 2-hour drive from Oakdale into The City, not to train, not to fight, not to meet with coaches. He is a professional MMA fighter, who in his time off, comes down into the roughest part of San Francisco, The Tenderloin District, in order to volunteer with SF City Impact and spread some love in this hurting area.
