Founded by Bob Goff, author of the NYT Bestselling book Love Does, the whole organization, while working in the midst of tragic and heavy situations, has this air of whimsey about it. One moment, you are in the middle of a pile of bricks, a former building fallen by a recent earthquake, and the next, kids are appearing playing with balloons in the rubble.

The Love Does Orphanage
The valley of Kathmandu is expansive and you can easily get lost in its narrow and winding streets and for the past few years, Love Does has dreamed of opening up a home in the midst of this city; a place for orphaned girls where they can be welcomed into and experience a loving family.

The Love Does School
We spent time with new friends in the community of Harrishiddi, an area hit hard by the dual earthquakes of April and May 2015. Even months later, families were still living in tents and temporary shelters as their homes had been destroyed and leveled into a pile of bricks.
